What to expect

During this period, the Rate Con API will be temporarily unavailable offline. To ensure data integrity, we will gracefully drain all in-progress jobs before the cutover begins. We will restore services as soon as the update is verified and will notify you once we are back online.

What we are doing

We are migrating ML services to an updated network security layer and Web Application Firewall (WAF). This upgrade strengthens the platform’s security posture and ensures a more resilient environment for all customers.
